Monterey Peninsula / Big Sur
These pictures were taken around the Monterey Peninsula and along the Big Sur coast in California. This place is arguably one of the most beautiful spots on the planet. Robert Louis Stevenson, who once lived here, called this place the most incredible meeting of land, sea, and sky in the world. And I think he was right. Pictures here include shots near Carmel-by-the-Sea, the 17-Mile Drive, Pebble Beach, the Point Lobos Wildlife Reserve, and other well-known and beautiful spots.
